Hi, I’m Anne!
I specialize in heart-centered massage therapy and grounded techniques that guide your nervous system into deep rest, where the body becomes receptive, healing can take root, and you can truly bloom.
My Approach
Hi there and welcome to my cozy corner of the internet!
You’re very welcome here, and I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported in receiving the work your body needs. That commitment to care guides both how I show up in session and the standards I hold for my practice. While Kansas does not currently require massage therapy licensure, I hold myself to a high standard of education, ethics, and safety. I completed my massage therapy training at Fort Hays State University in 2023 and am MBLEX certified. Choosing formal education was important to me so I could provide care grounded in knowledge, professionalism, and trust.
My approach as a massage therapist is centered around individualized care and honoring the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system. I believe massage can be a powerful tool for relaxation, restoration, and reconnecting with yourself. Through therapeutic massage and vibroacoustic therapy, I create intentional sessions that support each client’s unique needs. My goal is to listen to your body’s story and provide a safe, nurturing space where you can slow down, release tension, and feel supported.
My work is rooted in my faith as a follower of Christ, which shapes how I show up with compassion, presence, and genuine care. I am also Reiki certified and have incorporated energy work into my practice. As my faith has deepened, my approach has evolved into what I call “white light energy work,” inviting Christ’s presence and trusting His love and grace to guide the healing process.
On a more personal note, I am married and live in Hays, Kansas, with my two cats, Bodhi and Finn, who pretty much rule the household. I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which continues to deepen my understanding of healing, the nervous system, and the human experience. Outside of work and school, I enjoy cooking, creating art, exploring metaphysical topics, and appreciating simple rituals that help me slow down and stay present.
At the heart of everything I do is genuine care for those I work with. You do not need to share my beliefs to feel welcome here. You are a whole, unique individual with a story all your own, and it is truly an honor to support you. Whether you’re seeking physical relief, emotional reset, or simply space to breathe, you are supported here just as you are.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
Anne B., CMT
