Notice of Business Policies

To ensure a smooth and fair scheduling process for all clients, we have established the following policies:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you are experiencing any symptoms of a contagious illness within 12 hours of your appointment or on the day of (such as fever, respiratory symptoms, gastrointestinal issues, open sores or lesions, pink eye, or muscle aches with chills), please text (785) 261-1162 as soon as possible to reschedule.You may be turned away if you arrive with any of these symptoms. Please take this time to rest and recover at home, and we’ll find a better date for your visit.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your appointment may incur a $50 fee. A $50 fee will also be charged for a first no-show. Any additional no-shows may result in being charged the full cost of the service or discontinuation of services. Clients who have no-showed once will be required to place a deposit for future appointments. Fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or illness.

• Client Conduct: Massage therapy is strictly for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Any form of sexual misconduct—including inappropriate comments, touch, or requests—will result in the immediate termination of your session, a permanent ban from future services, and full charge for the scheduled session, regardless of duration. An additional $100 fee will apply, and your name may be added to a shared database used by local massage therapists.

• Custom Intensives: Clients are welcome to combine services for a more immersive experience. When the total appointment time exceeds 120 minutes (2 hours), the session is reserved as a Custom Intensive. A $25 extended-session feeis applied at checkout to reflect the additional therapeutic focus and physical care involved in longer sessions.

• While pain relief is a goal for every session, “No Pain, No Gain” deep tissue massage techniques are not provided here. If you are seeking very firm pressure throughout the duration of your massage, I am not the ideal bodyworker for you.

• Payment is accepted via: Venmo, credit/debit card, check, cash (exact change only).
