Greetings, fellow light worker!

To share a bit of my background, I completed Fort Hays State University’s massage therapy program in 2023, having begun hands-on practice in early 2022. In 2024, I passed the MBLEX (the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination) which is required to become a licensed massage therapist. My early experience in local spas allowed me to study management from the inside and develop a strong foundation in what it takes to operate a thriving business. That initiative prepared me to open my own practice, where I developed a comprehensive business plan, met with bank lenders, presented my vision, and - through a great deal of hard work from both my husband and me - turned my first space into a tranquil, healing environment. Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to include vibroacoustic therapy, sound-frequency healing, lymphatic massage, and becoming a Reiki Master. I hold a BA from FHSU and am currently pursuing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with plans to deepen my training in trauma-informed somatic therapies and oncology massage in 2026.

What makes me a strong mentor is that I’ve built my career step by step, learning through real experience, honest challenges, and a deep commitment to growth - both personally and professionally. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate this field alone, and that’s exactly why having a mentor is so valuable: it gives you guidance, perspective, and support from someone who has already walked the path you’re trying to forge.

To ensure this mentorship is aligned and grounded in professional practice, it is available only to certified or licensed professionals, or those currently in a massage therapy program.

This mentorship alliance is for heart-centered humans who hold space for others and are ready to deepen their craft, regulate their own nervous systems, and build (or grow) a sustainable, soul-aligned business.

1-Month Mentorship - 4 Meetings (6 Hours) - $510

Perfect for targeted support, developing a specific skill, or navigating a particular challenge. This one-month mentorship can also support you with setting up your website, establishing your brand, and mastering social media. You’ll gain practical tools, personalized guidance, and a grounded space to reflect, grow, and move forward with confidence.

2-Month Mentorship - 8 Meetings (12 Hours) - $995

A deeper dive into consistent growth. This time allows us to build momentum, strengthen your confidence, and support you through meaningful professional or personal transitions. It also provides the dedicated time and guidance needed to map out your business plan and explore your long-term goals with clarity and intention.

While my structured mentorship currently spans up to two months, additional ongoing support is available.

  • Mentoring is a great fit if you’re craving guidance, structure, and encouragement as you grow your massage practice or wellness business. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps or if you want accountability as you pursue bigger goals, a mentor can help you gain clarity and move forward with confidence.

    If you’re still unsure, don’t worry. A short consultation call can help us get a feel for each other, see if we vibe well, and determine whether mentoring will genuinely support you in reaching your goals.

  • You’ll be able to self-schedule your mentorship meetings through a private portal, choosing times that work best for you. Meetings are offered via Zoom, in-person, or by phone. While scheduling is flexible, weekly or biweekly meetings are encouraged to maintain flow and momentum.

  • Yep! As long as we fulfill the total amount of time at the end of the month in a way that works for both of us - that’s fine by me!

  • Life happens! Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll find a new time that works.

    • For 1-month clients, full payment is due upfront to secure your spot.

    • For 2-month clients, payment is divided into two installments, with the first due at booking and the second due one month later.

    Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit card, or Venmo.
