Mentorship
Master the art of deep
self-mastery and soul-led entrepreneurship.
Greetings, fellow light worker!
Have you ever wished you had someone walking alongside you in your career offering accountability, gentle structure, clear guidance, and genuine friendship? Building a wellness-based business can feel isolating at times, especially when you’re committed to doing things ethically, sustainably, and in alignment with your nervous system. We don’t often think of a passion for holistic wellness being compatible with a strategic mind for business, but the two can absolutely coexist. With the right support, intuition and integrity can combine beautifully with clarity, systems, and sustainable growth. This is where having a mentor changes everything, helping you navigate the overlap between holistic wellness and entrepreneurship with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
To share a bit of my background, I completed Fort Hays State University’s massage therapy program in 2023, having begun hands-on practice in early 2022. In 2024, I passed the MBLEX (the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination) which is required to become a licensed massage therapist. Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to include vibroacoustic therapy, sound-frequency healing, lymphatic massage, and becoming a Reiki Master. I hold a BA from FHSU and am currently pursuing my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with plans to deepen my training in trauma-informed somatic therapies and oncology massage in 2026. My early experience working in local spas allowed me to study management from the inside and develop a strong foundation in what it takes to operate a thriving business. That initiative prepared me to open my own practice, where I developed a comprehensive business plan, met with bank lenders, presented my vision, and - through a great deal of hard work from both my husband and me - turned my first space into a tranquil, healing environment. As my practice grew, I also navigated the process of transitioning from that original space into a new one, gaining firsthand experience with relocation logistics, financial planning, client communication, and the emotional and operational challenges that come with growth and change.
My intention with this program is to mentor others who share this same passion and who are professional yet heart-led, deeply devoted to the positive outcomes of their clients, and who are called to create meaningful, ethical work in this field. What makes me a strong mentor is that I’ve built my career step by step, through real-world experience, honest challenges, and a steady commitment to growth both personally and professionally. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate this path alone, and that’s exactly why mentorship matters. Having someone who has already walked the road you’re forging can offer clarity, perspective, reassurance, and support when you need it most.
To ensure this mentorship is aligned and grounded in professional practice, it is available only to certified or licensed professionals, or those currently in a massage therapy program.
Options include:
6 Hours
(One Month)
Perfect for targeted support, developing a specific skill, or navigating a particular challenge. This one-month mentorship can also support you with setting up your website, establishing your brand, and mastering social media. You’ll gain practical tools, personalized guidance, and a grounded space to reflect, grow, and move forward with confidence.
Extended Support (Recommended)
2 Months Minimum
6 Hours per Month
The 2-month option offers dedicated space to build momentum, deepen your confidence, and fully integrate new skills or strategies. It’s designed to support meaningful professional and personal transitions, helping you make progress that lasts beyond just a few sessions. This time allows us to cover all of the above, build momentum, strengthen your confidence, and provide the dedicated time and guidance needed to explore your long-term goals with clarity and intention. Typically, this mentoring relationship naturally concludes when your goals have been met, momentum is established, and you feel confident moving forward independently.
We’ll begin by clarifying your goals and setting shared milestones, then revisit them along the way to make sure our work continues to feel useful and aligned. Many clients experience meaningful growth within 2–4 months, though the length of our work together is guided by your individual needs and pace.
*Please note: To ensure quality support, I will be accepting a limited number of mentees in the first few months. Reach out now to secure your spot on the list!
